Abstract: The 2000 US Census provides a glimpse of the diversity within our culturally diverse communities. For the first time, it can provide a count of multi-ethnic/-racial people. The experiences and needs of these and other "twice minorities", such as the homeless, gay and lesbian, incarcerated, women, elderly and disabled within our ethnoracial communities, need to be told through their voices. The specific groups to be addressed are: Native American veterans, Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgendered science fiction fandom, and multiracial/ethnic people.
Everyone is invited.
